Don't deal with them. . Went into the shop to purchase a solar system. Got approach by a sales guy who advised me on a system and an installer. I accept the quote. The installation guy called to say I need to do a deposit so he can do the install. From there on it was a nightmare. Now the guy doesn't work there anymore and I'm spending more money to fix up shit work that their installer guy did. No help.
Poor service, sold me a system package that continuously burn fuses and overheat cables, my automatic change over doesn't work from day of installation, the installation is very bad with cables hanging loose and no COC,now they expect me to pay more in order to get the system to work, overall you will be left in the dark once you paid them.Edit the review 8 months later after 2nd installer came (who works for them)to fix the first ones mistakes and then charged me again for material and labour,now I have melting fuse holders
The installer who was praised and highly recommended by Avand A, turned out to be an absolute disappointment. The goods which i paid for was given to him directly to be installed., but all the items were not installed. All i received was an apology, I eventually paid again for these items as there was nothing A and A could really do about this.
