Bought a 14kw battery from Ben, it didn't function as it should, we gave it back, still waiting for a refund or replacement battery. He had to fix 2x 5kw Luxpowers he stripped them and promised to give us 2 other Luxpower inverters, he never did same with our 5kw battery, when we asked him about the battery he said he can't find it. It's more than a year and he just don't reply to any messages.
Im still waiting for my refund money to be paid back(R8000). It’s been more than a year and only promises of die money going to be paid back. He doesn’t answer my phone calls any more. Worst service if got from any company I have worked with. If I were you I would stay away from this company.
