At that time the CEO of Solterra Solar, who had installed the system, took the time and trouble to show me how to use it. It was the first sign of how customer orientated this company was. It very much still is because I've just added to the system using Solterra Solar and the service was superb, from the preliminary meetings, to the quote, and finally to the installation. From start to finish a highly professional outfit: efficient, reliable, with business integrity to boot. Add the fact that their brand of equipment, Victron, is probably the best on the market with back-up service that's difficult to beat, and the package becomes a no-brainer.
Excellent service and very neat workers. Solar geyser works brilliantly, hot water all day. Highly recommended product and company.
