We had an excellent experience with Wetility. Rebecca was incredibly helpful throughout the process, making everything simple and stress-free. They installed my solar panels in less than two weeks, and Stanley, who handled the installation, completed the job in just one day with great professionalism and care. What stood out even more was their follow-up visit to make sure everything was working perfectly. They also installed systems for our close friends Evelyn and Lucky, who are equally happy with the product and service. Great communication, reliable support, and real peace of mind. Highly recommended.

Avoid Wetility at all costs. System never delivered what was promised, installation caused physical damage to my property, and after cancelling due to their breach, Wetility issued a R46,000 "legal invoice" for decommissioning—even though nothing was removed and no service was done. They also sent attorney threats during an active dispute, which is illegal under consumer protection rules. Their own internal documents contradict their version of events. Terrible service, zero accountability, and extremely aggressive behaviour once challenged. Worst supplier experience I’ve ever had.

From the very first day of this process right up to the completion of the installation yesterday, she has been nothing short of outstanding. Ashley kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring that I always knew what was happening and what to expect next. From the day I did my application the team was friendly and helpful. The installation team was great, they cleaned up as they went along and really did a nice job. The system has been great for me too. It has saved me quite a bit on my power bill. I also referred two of my neighbors to wetility and they gave me a referral fee as well. This is a great company to install solar with. Highly recommended.

You cannot go wrong purchasing Wetility Friendly, helpful, professional, and the after service is brilliant. They explain everything and walk with you the whole way and assist when things go wrong and take action to resolve issues.
