Versofy Solar

We have installed a 12kv 3phase system at our fishing resort Vaal Goedehoop camping and fishing in Feb 2025 and noticed after 9 months we have requested an upgrade with extra battery's and pannels. Got approved and upgrade was done perfectly to our requirement and budget plan as we are renting the system from Versofy. I reconmend VERSOFY at most due to the experiance ive had with them related to customer and backup service. WELL DONE VERSOFY and keep up your good work.

The service I received from Versofy from the start was impeccable. Attention to detail is eminent. Even the technical help on the Sunsynk app is Thank you to Reuben who went the extra mile to sort out my problem as well as Lesego who helped me although she was on sick leave. How is that for customer care and service. Well done guys!!!

Very disappointing. My system went offline and would not switch back on. I emailed the company on Monday to report the issue but received no response. On Tuesday, I phoned and one of the technicians called me back via video call in an attempt to restart the system. Unfortunately, he was unable to assist and asked that I send photos, which I did. I was advised that a support ticket would be created and emailed to me. Later that afternoon, having still not received a ticket, I phoned again and was assured that the issue had been logged and that I would receive a new ticket shortly. On Wednesday, after still receiving nothing, I phoned yet again. A different staff member promised to follow up and send me a ticket, which never happened. Today (Thursday), I phoned again and attempted to speak to a manager, but there was no answer and no voicemail option available. I must acknowledge that the installation itself was quick and done well. However, the after-sales support appears to be virtually non-existent, which is deeply disappointing.
