Their other company is Supa Secure go see those reviews as well. Still waiting for my inverter after months, they supplied a inverter out of its box never not once arrived with a inverter in a new box which seemed very odd and wouldn't supply where they bought it from this inverter never worked for more than 2 days. Cost me thousand more to repair what they did and buy another inverter even though I paid them for one. They refuse to supply me with a working inverter and they refuse to refund, just blocked me and ran away with my money. BEWARE!!! Still waiting for their "attorney" to contact me, a year now but won't reply to where my inverter or refund is. They blame anything but themselves and its always someone else fault but reputable business owners don't block and run away. Also reported the 3rd party electrician to the electrical board (New electrician did this immediately due to the dangerous connections) as they aren't electricians so have to use a "electrician" to signed off on the dangerous connections Supa Solar created.

I would, in the strongest sense advise everyone not to use this company. very professional when providing a quote, and that's as far as the professionalism goes. There has been a multitude of excuses after paying 70% of the quote. first his technician's vehicle broke down and waiting for it to be repaired, then he is out of the country, then he is sick and can attend, then shows up and does minimal work and leaves on 3 occasions, then problems with supplier shortages, then delays in getting a refund to source new equipment, then problems in getting a refund, then getting blocked and no responses at all. this is by far the most Un integrous and unprofessional company I've dealt with. Chris is not certified yet is doing electrical installations and outsources COC after he does work. Do yourself a favour and use someone more reputable or risk parting with your hard-earned cash.

I am worried i have been scammed. I paid 70% of the quoted geyzer cost a month ago and have proof of payment. Chris and tech gave 7 different dates for installation and never installed. Chris and tech gave 7 different excuses for not being able to supply the services on those days. I have just emailed a letter of demand

AVOID. Be very cautious of working with SupaSecure or SupaSolar. Got them to assist with electric fence work. They required a full deposit up front. They took the fence down and then always failed to arrive on scheduled appointments to put back up (3 or 4 times, same story). When asked for a refund, both Anastasia and Chris blocked me on all platforms.

Can only confirm and warn of bad experiences with this company. Unprofessional and obviously unqualified. Until he got my money, he and his partner were very communicative, but he is no longer interested in his faulty installation. Unfortunately to post this message you must give a least 1 Star??

Who ever may be looking at going sola do not use this company? They use second hand parts and sell as new, there is no after sales com, it fact there are con merchant and thieves, if you you won't your job done in a day forget it , three weeks still not working , they do not respond to email, effectively they have disappeared
