I was initially hesitant due to older reviews, but I proceeded with the 16kW kit from SkyNat Energy. The installation crew was punctual in Graaff-Reinet. Their current service is professional—the technicians were happy to explain the whole system in detail afterwards. High-quality execution, and they have successfully turned the service levels around.

The entire Skynat Energy team displayed the highest level of professionalism one could expect. The project lead was always on hand to conduct site checks and address any minor adjustments immediately. After a lot of research and conversations with different installers, we decided to proceed with Skynat Solar Hardware for a 12kW system. The consultation was detailed, and all our questions were answered clearly before any work began. Installation was completed professionally, and the system was commissioned without delays. We’ve only been using the system for a short period, but initial performance and monitoring data look promising

Skynat Solar Hardware installed our 9.9kW solar system, but a few days later the inverter kept tripping during peak sunlight hours. We contacted their support team, who kept us updated while they diagnosed the problem. The technicians later identified a DC string imbalance caused by a faulty isolator, which they replaced. Once resolved, the system ran smoothly. As a goodwill gesture for the downtime, they supplied two additional panels at no extra cost. Very professional handling of the situation.

Installed the 6 kW Deye system end of feb. Price was fair, installation was done in one day. Aftersales is where they really shine – sometime last month, my inverter was beeping randomly at night, they logged in at 9 pm and adjusted a setting. Problem gone. happy with the service so far and i can definitely recommend them to you if you want solar

I bought 6 of 550ja panels, 8kva inverter and a 4,8khw battery and skynat delivered and got me hard working installers ….I haven’t had any issues with it ever since

When we placed our initial order in August 2022, everything went very well. Ordered the Friday, goods delivered on Monday and installation began on the Wednesday. But due to a bad installer hired by Skynat, and the solar panels not being what we ordered, things went sour. After 6 months of promises to sort out the problems, I am glad to say that Peter kept his word. Cash flow problems made it difficult for them to immediately sort out our issues. But we finally received the correct panels and the rails were reattached according to regulations. Peter went out of his way to sort out the things that were not to our satisfaction. I believe that Skynat has the potential to be a great business, but I do get concerned when I see some recurring problems. The installer he sent this time did excellent work. So in spite of the hiccups, we have our fully functional solar system.
