They are very much professional and they alwats advise when you want to use cheaper Inveters and Gel batteries, they always recommend quality and they are reliable not even a day i called them to come and fix, its all up to standard.
We can highly recommend this company. They did an excellent job and their prices ar VERY compatible. They come when they say, finish the job they started, they are friendly, honest and professional. They answer their phone or come back to you asap. If there is a problem, they are willing to come and check. They did a full rewiring of our premises, installed solar batteries with inverter in two places and the setup works perfectly. Once we have saved up for our solar panels we will definitely ask NSB do the installation.
The team is professional, reliable and easy to communicate with. I’ve had them work on three different projects and experienced the same level of customer service. Would recommend.
