Highly unreliable stock. 1st lot of batteries lasted only a month. Took it back, next lot only lasted 10 months, phoned their shop to ask if there is a guarantee, was told they will come back to me and nothing. Go to another reputable company, this place is not serious about service and customer satisfaction.

This company is not to be trusted. They supplied my parents with a Deye inverter that has blown half the appliances in their home. The inverter has been removed for repairs once already and now that the problem persists they’re refusing to replace the inverter with a new unit. After sales service leaves much to be desired.

I bought gel batteries from this supplier. Within 4 months the batteries failed. I sent them back 5 weeks ago asking for a replacement. I now can't get hold of them at all . They ignore my emails my whatsapp messages and when I phone they just put my call down. So I would not definitely recommend these guys . They are a bunch of crooks. Stay far far away.

I bought gel batteries from them. After 2 months the backup time dropped by between 20 to 30min every time. I battled for 3 months to get batteries replaced or refunded. Unfortunately violence was the only resort and eventually got batteries replaced. Think twice people not worth the hassle!!!

Used GA Solar to install an 8kva system. The experience was terrible. Very poor planning, I mean they came to install a solar system without a ladder. Installation took just under 4 days with so much back and forth in between, they were never punctual and didn't have the necessary equipment daily. They concluded the installation 2 weeks ago but have left some brackets behind, as even that was incorrect and couldn't be used. They are still to collect after numerous calls and promises to come check the system out as it has tripped in vain. My advise is DO NOT use this provider as the service is putrid and their prices are market related anyway.

Useless after sale service. Very quick to take your money but once you have an issue they do nothing about it. Still haven't gotten my COC certificate either.

Dear public, be aware using this provider, I did bought solar panels from them and the agreement was they will install, the panels with dB, breakers, wiring, earth spike, earth cable, full installation and COC, I paid them in full and until sending this warning two months further, no COC, wiring still open not in Pvc piping, no earth spike, no COC, you can phone them e mail them every time stated they will send somebody, they did not supply and fit in accordance the tax invoice received nearly R40000 in their pocked and refuse to complete the work, public be aware and think twice before use these sharks!!!!!!!
