I bought a house with an inverter and one battery. I decided to keep the system and upgrade with an extra battery and 8 panels. Before the upgrade, I needed help with the app setup—the service I received was excellent and unexpected, which made me choose to stay with them. Later I had some electricity issues and needed problem solving. Felicity came out, met with my electrician (who issued a COC for the house) while Felicity issued a COC for the installation. Felicity even brought an extra inverter and swapped it out for me—this was a real wow factor. In the end, we discovered the problem was due to an underground issue, not the house wiring or the inverter. Through it all, the service was outstanding. My lights stay on, my bills are low, and even the neighbours notice. Well done, and thank you for the great service

Bought the Felicity inverter and the Battery. It is still to be seen if the goods and after sales, are worthy of a higher or lower review rating. I will add to this review later. **Update 7 Apr 2024. My rating has been increased to 4 stars due to the incredible after sales service we received. The battery and inverter which stopped working, were repaired under warranty, at the same Felicity outlet in JHB, where we had purchased the product. We did not experience any negatives during the process, technicians were always on hand, parts were available and the inverter and battery appear to be restored to full function, Erica and Adams were both responsive on whatsapp, at all times. The only thing which could have been better, is if Felicity technicians could come to our premises and repair on site, or at least collect and deliver. I would buy another similar system from Felicity, as soon as stock is available.

Can't get BMS working properly on Luxpower inverter. Settings on website don't work. Tried everything. Waste of money. I HAVE been reaching out to you one man support team for almost 3 weeks already. Management always in meetings when I engage, support always busy. Tech was going to come but management sent him somewhere else instead. I see my battery has a 7 year warranty according to your website. Maybe it is time to send your tech to my premises to address the problem instead of sending me messages to try this and that. Nobody on the Luxpower support fb groups can help me either. Battling like this I will not advocate buying these batteries

Best service beyond imagination. I had a problem with my 8.7 kw/h felicity battery. One cell stopped working. (Dead). They came with a brand new battery, still in packaging, and installed it. They drove all the way from Johannesburg to Secunda to do the swap. I can't think of any better service or after sales service. Outstanding. Thank you Felicity team.

The inverter died after 3 months. After multiple whatsapp exchanges with manufacturer, I was asked to bring it back to Germiston from Pretoria or take it back to the seller. The inverter was replaced with a new one. Thank you.
