Initially very happy with Solana, installation was quick and efficient even though they broke a few roof tiles and didn’t bother fixing or replacing them. More than 4 months still waiting for my CoCT certificate. Received a text message informing me of the annual 7% increase after 4 months. Cannot get hold of them via telephone, no answer. Eventually got a response via email but they cannot explain the increase after 4 months. I can only pray that nothing goes wrong with my setup if their post installation service is so pathetic. Contacting Solana post installation is virtually impossible, multiple emails and WhatsApp messages, they just disappear into the ether. Quick for consultation and installation, after that, as long as you paying the debit order, you do not matter as a customer.

I had my Solar installed with Solana about 2 weeks ago. its was a quick process and within a week my solar was fitted. Staff is very efficient and very helpful, and really does go over and beyond to assist. We had a hiccup in the beginning with the installation, but this was sorted out very quickly and efficiently, and I was up and running in no time. Clear open channels of communication and a customer care process in place for any assistance you require. What a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend them! Thank you Solana!

Going into month 3 and I’m still not saving money on electricity. They yet to set the system up correctly. Currently waiting to get their product removed from our home because of their terrible service.

WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER. INCOMPETENT 'ENGINEERS' AND THEIR AFTER SALES AND SERVICE SERVICE IS WORSE THAN HOME AFFAIRS & SARS COMBINED. THEIR ADMIN SKILLS ARE PUTRID AND AS IF THEY DONT TALK TO EACH OTHER COZ THEY CLEARLY NOT LOGGING ANY CALLS OR FAULTS ON THEIR SYSTEM. FALSE PROMISES AND THEN BLAME EVERYTHIGN ON THE CLOUDS (LITERALLY)
