The staff is friendly and very helpful. Daleen and Wessel assited in diagnosing the problem and is assisting in getting a battery to the importer, althought I am not an existing client. This is a prime example of "Going the xtra mile."

Just over 6 years ago I bought some Pylontech batteries with a 7 years warranty. Last month 1 of the 5 did not perform as usual and I took it in to have a look at. Two weeks later I got a message that I could come and collect a brand new battery. Thanks Wessel.

I ordered my solar equipment online via their website, goods were ready to collect on time, best prices I could find online.
