Placed order on Sunday, received shipping notification and tracking number on Tuesday and received the package on Thursday morning, in Cape Town, in perfect condition. I was kept up to date by Sunstore constantly as the shipping process progressed. 5/5 for very competitive prices, good communication and order fulfilment.

Recently ordered victron products from Sunstore. Very good prices and service.

Unfortunately my international credit card doesnt work, due to them using Payfast as their payment gateway, who have certainly dropped in service level immensely since their acquisition in 2021. While Payfast have been a nightmare to deal with, this isn't the fault of Sunstore, as they are simply using the Payfast API. Lebo form Sunstore has been very helpful in trying to sort this out, something that isn't her forte, or within her control, but her consistent effort to get it sorted has been great to see in terms of customer service.

Order placed and paid on 12/06. Received on 23/06. Not great for a local transaction. Price was competitive.

Fantastic Service. Thank you to Swazi and the Team. Under extreme time constraints. Goods were delivered Timeously and correctly. They even went to the extent of having some parts Delivered on a Saturday to make sure we received the Complete Order. WELL DONE.

I was apprehensive at first; the item was on backorder and they said to contact them before ordering. My Whatsapp was almost immediately responded to and I was told that it could take 7 to 10 working days. Sunstore's price was substantially lower than the competition but I was worried that it might not arrive for ages or might not even be what I ordered. Then I checked every review that I could find. In most cases the reviews were good to excellent and appeared genuine, so I placed my order. Then I received another Whatsapp thanking me for my order and informing me that they had a better item already on its way to them and I could have it in 4 to 5 days. I enquired about the price difference and they responded that I could have it for the same price. This seemed too good to be true but I accepted the offer and spent the next few days worrying if I had been foolish. I need not have worried because a few days later my package arrived with exactly what they offered. An excellent experience!

Placed two orders with Sunstore. The first item arrived quickly and I was very pleased. The second order I placed took 7 days to be dispatched. At first I thought I was not going to get the order.
