I bought some solar equipment from SunSol-E early in 2021 when I purchased an off-road caravan. I'm not at all clued-up with solar systems, let alone that of an off-road caravan. Whenever I contacted Byron of SunSol-E, mostly after hours, I always received assistance and guidance from him. Recently, when I had to upgrade the off-grid capabilities of the off-road caravan, Byron again assisted me by providing guidance and contacted the local service provider, on my behalf, to enable the service provider to serve my best interest, knowing that SunSol-E was not going to benefit financially from the upgrade. The installation was carried out in a very professional manner. Equipment is contained in a nice looking cubical and all panels are straight and level. All wiring is hidden. After sales service is amazing.
