Had to update my BSL battery sofware remotely. Niall helped me from the start , I booked an appointment and he updated all 4 my battery software. From reception to tech support were friendly and helpful. Great company to deal with.
My BSL battery have been picked up on 17 January 2025. I am not sure why it is taking so long to fix and/or replace the battery under warranty. Surely the service should be better than this. Just be aware of this when using them
I would recommend this Get Off Grid in a heartbeat. Nile, one of their tech guys, was extremely helpful as I walked away with knowledge only a seasoned installer could share. During my visit, I noticed that his people skills are exceptional and that he's always willing to go the extra mile. Thanks, Nile, you truly showed me what A-grade customer care looks like.
Get Off Grid did a bang up job on my install, quick, easy, no issues. Great staff, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. I have no issues at all recommending this company to ANYONE! November 2023 I expanded on my system with panels, MPPT etc on a Victron system. The professionalism of the install was insane, we work from home and literally had 5 minutes downtime during the install. The efficiency of the install has exceeded my expectations, BRILLIANT
