What a pleasant experience, the team was very helpful in explaining everything and the service was great. Accepted the quotation on Saturday, Monday they arrived at 07:00 to install! Would highly recommend to anyone! They are great. However, shortly after in January my remote dongle stopped working, I escalated and eventually they sent me another which also didn't work and when I gave them feedback they advised that when the have an installation in my area again they will make a turn. This was February. March they said there was a client who paid but they are still waiting for the installation date. Then when I said I can't wait anymore I was told that he can come to remove my inverter to sent away (only the port of the remote dongle is not working) I informed Benjamin that I will not be without a system for 3 to 4 weeks and he should arrange for someone to come out. He stopped answering me thereafter. Its been 4 months now. Quick when they get paid and extremely bad service when it comes to after sales service. Regretting ever making a recommendation to anyone in our area

I got a quote on 19 Jan 2024 which I accepted. The next day Express Solar arrived early 07h00 to do the installation. They had 2 other installations in our town. By 12h00 the installation was completed. The staff was very friendly and communicated constantly explaining the process they are following. The system works perfectly and I will highly recommend any one who wishes to use their service. The installed top of the range equipment at extremely competitive prices. To crown it all they traveled 700km to do the installation.

I must commend Express Solar Energy for their professionalism and excellent service delivery. Had my Luxpower system delivered and installed within 24hrs, Happy Days NO more Load Shedding !!!

Bought a 5kva system, installation process went smooth but don't expect any kind of after service from them. They disconnected my geyser completely and I had to get an electrician at my own cost to fix this. They connected my stove and oven on the Inverter system draining the battery very fast. Requested assistance on removing my stove and oven from the inverter. Also no response and had to get an electrician out at my own cost again.

Happy that I chose Solar Express with our installation. They were on time and was quick with the installation. Setting up the inverter and the app had some hiccups but they stayed until everything was working 100%. Would recommend them

Just want to say what a pleasant experience I had with Express Solar Energy. I spoke with Benjamin on Thursday and again on Friday and could have called about 5 times, he was always polite and knowledgeable about the installing of the Backup system. Requested a quotation received shortly thereafter and set up the appointment. When he arrived on-site was pleasant and well informed and his team worked on the system and with 3 hours I was up and running. I will seriously recommend these guys for your Solar fitment.

Very happy and pleased, The Sunsynk system works very well. Can also monitor on the app. I would recommend thus company. The guys knew everything about the installation and was completed by 12 midday with the system running
