In this difficult climate, they went out of their way to reduce costs and helped me with installation. I was set up the next day. The guy that I spoke to over the phone was incredibly arrogant and seemed annoyed that I was asking questions about their product. The inverter is reasonably priced, but then when you get the quote, you find out that you have to pay ANOTHER R60 000 just for more components (that they don't provide), delivery and installation. I have been searching for weeks and found that this company doesn't even provide the best product as they claimed, and it is literally double the price than other inverters that are better and INCLUDE everything. There is just way too much admin just to get an inverter installed. Other companies have everything you need in one quote, you don't have to go looking for people to install it and go buy other components it needs to work. I also would have been a lot more forgiving if the man that I spoke to was pleasant towards me, and showed actual interest.
