Great after sales service. Good prices. Originally purchased a Sunsynk battery and received excellent service. This was unfortunately followed by a sub par experience with owner contacting me directly afterwards looking to improve. Some other businesses can surely take some lessons on how to rectify client relations. Has also received amazing after sales service for my battery.

Willem from Solar Hub SA was a true knight in shining armour as my Victron inverter required a reboot and install following a software upgrade that stalled midway. Firstly, he arrived promptly as he said and was able to trouble shoot something that was more difficult than it was expected to be. He was very professional and even reset the parameters in the system for better efficiency. I would highly recommend William and Solar Hub SA!

What a pleasure doing business with them. When I started with researching back up systems I knew very little but through many calls and questions asked I purchase the equipment through solar hub and did not regret it. Kyle was on call to tend to every question I had and Willem walked me through the remote access and settings. Thank you team! Will definitely be back speaking to you guys when I decide to upgrade.

A month after the initial purchase of backup batteries and solar panels, we had a configuration issue as a result of the installer we used. We were fortunate to have Roland to provide his technical expertise to assist us to resolve it. The after sale support has been quite amazing...
