My first solar system was installed by Solaralt. It was running perfectly for my initial intention (backup power during loadshedding). However, the increase in loadshedding stages, forced me to upgrade my system. As a happy returning client, I contacted Solaralt again. We had a valuable consultation with Vossie Vorster, who has in-depth knowledge of their products. He assisted with the technical specifications of the new system. An installation appointment was made, and the team from Solaralt, led by Martin Vorster, arrived as scheduled. My old system was removed, and the new solar system was installed as per our agreed schedule. A very efficient team!!! Nobody was standing around, wondering what to do. Right tools for the job!! Martin kept me constantly updated as they progressed with the installation. Upon clompletion, the system worked 100% with the first flip of the switch!!! It is very satisfying to see a team of people who are still proud of their work!! Workmanship was high quality. The setup of the system was clearly explained to both me and my wife. After-sales service was one of my main reasons for going back to Solaralt!!! They just demonstrated it again when we had some questions regarding the system's operation. Best price from 4 quotes. Great service. Arrived on apointment date, installed panels, inverter and batteries in one day, finalised the installation the next morning. Fanie also assisted me afterwards to fine-tune the installation to suit my needs. Definitely recommended.
