Very good service, Markos work is immaculate. Very neat. I mentioned to him that I wanted to add more solar panels and he advised leave the system as it is as it would be a waist of money and the system works perfectly. He could have taken my money and installed it to make a bit more money but didn’t. Very impressed . Will default use him again.

[updated] Marco honored his agreement to do the work he promised to do. The problem has now been addressed (took half an hour). Marco was unbelievably unprofessional. He installed our solar in February. Firstly, he did not listen to us and installed the panels in the wrong configuration (not taking proper consideration of the sun’s pattern!). He then had to come back to change this (which he did not charge for). But then our solar wasn’t performing as it should and he promised to come resolve the issue. His "promises" have now been going on for three months and we are being forced to find someone else to sort out this issue. I would not recommend his services to anyone. ON TOP of that, he then got angry with us for giving him a poor review instead of being apologetic for not doing the work he promised to do!!!

From the very first interaction, Marco impressed me with his knowledge and service. He explained everything clearly and efficiently. But what truly stood out was the personal connection - almost like we were old friends! It's rare to find a company that not only delivers top quality work but also makes you feel seen & heard. Marco didn’t hesitate to help with my solar installation, that was done by a dodgy installer….. I was caught. He walked in… did the installation from scratch… and got me of the grid immediately. I can tick all the above boxes for him…. Want to add outstanding neatness as well. Thank you Voltech!
