I purchased a 3kva Mecer portable inverter with 2x 200Ah Lithium-ion batteries. It was a pleasure dealing with them from start to finish. When the courier service I had contracted for the delivery were not capable of efficiently completing the task NM-TECH completed the delivery for me. A big thank you to all involved at NM-TECH. Before we ordered we tried to call to check on their stock availability. The line was busy, but they called back, which is rare for any business in South Africa. They followed up on WhatsApp before and after the unit arrived as well, which is extremely unusually good service
I recently bought the Mecer 2400VA 1440Watt Inverterr with 2x100ah batteries mobile unit from NM - Tech all I have to say I am a extremely happy client, From the very beginning when I contacted Ashura and there after dealing with Hamid. He went through the pros and cons of every inverter he stocked and advised me what would suit my needs. I have connected my unit to my DB board with a qualified electrician and during Loadshedding have all my lights on and all my light appliances. Load shedding isn't bad when you have NM Tech by your side! Give them a shout you won't be disappointed!

Worst mistake I ever made to buy from NM Tech... I bought the wrong product & they refused to return the prooduct.. NM Tech are only focused to sell... they not worth it... If you want service, professionalism, after service, even when you do buy the wrong product like I did...they will return the product with no hassle, go to Tech Guy SA... they are by far the best with service & knowledge .... where NM Tech refuses to return & never contacted me even to ask what my needs are for the product I want to buy
