After service and customer service is very disappointing. A year ago they installed a jojo water system. We complained to them about the pump being continuosly on even without water being used. This was immediately after their initial installment of the system. During the months after installment we have forwarded the same complaint to Ruan, about the pump which was installed. We have paid call out fees for the issue to be resolved however it persists with no solution to the problem of the pump. The pump continues to draw current constantly causing a high electricity bill on top of the frustration. This has been going on for almost a year. They have not managed to sort the issue out but insist on a call out fee of more than a R1000 each time to fix the problem which is a workmanship (initially installed by someone incompetent) and mechanical issue. I find it very disturbing that we complained about the pump from the initial installment and have been very patient with them FOR A YEAR. The problem persists and they refuse to replace the pump even after countless failed attempts to resolve the issue of a pump which has not being working properly. It seems very unfair that I the customer is now left with a product and system that is defective after trusting that their product and service is of a good standard. This is absolutely unethical coming from a christian based company.

I've had an excellent experience with Mirua Solar. They professionally installed solar systems on two of my properties, and the results have been perfect. Their service extends beyond installation; their solar cleaning is thorough, and their communication via WhatsApp is outstanding—they patiently answer all my questions about inverter settings. A standout feature is their speed; I received quotations within one day, which is truly impressive. I highly recommend them.

Very good experience with Mirua and the team. They had to rip out the previous installation that was done very poorly and the team was very knowledgeable without overcharging or trying to money grab like a lot of solar companies would do. The installationwas done very neatly and I will let the pictures speak for themselves. I can recommend them

There was no site assessment done and the team arrived with wrong equipment. Installation took longer than planned due to that and rain. After service is bad: I have not received response on my refund and the geyser that doesn’t seem to be connected to the inverter. The office just don’t respond.

Very friendly and efficient service. I initially installed a 5 kv inverter and a battery. When I advised them that I needed additional inverter and a battery, they came to the party and assisted me without hesitation. Their pricing is also very competitive. I am in the process of installing the third battery in order for me to go completely off-grid and I and looking forward to their efficient service as always. The quote I got I also a dead give- away. On the 26 of October 2022, Mirua dispatched their electrician to come and make my dream a reality. Its been 5 days now being off-grid and I no longer worry about schedules and stages. If you looking for TOTAL peace of mind and unmatched professionalism, this company is your Go-To. The customer experience they offer is next level Awesome. They helped me do all the heavy lifting in terms of forms required for body corporate, connecting me with an engineer, answered all my questions , etc. They even completed work for me at their risk in order to Help me along. All the things I needed to get in place was not their responsibility, yet they partnered with me all the way (over 2 and half months of that!!!). I eventually got things in order, and this team was ready to go. Quality material, quality work, quality team (everyone, and I mean EVERYONE that I engaged with),.....a client experience that remains unmatched to date! Oh, after sales quality and professionalism was exactly the same. And if you want to know about costs: their costing is competitive in this industry. And overlay the experience I described, and they are suddenly in a league of their own.

Had a terrible experience with Mirua, had a dongle problem which they didn't do anything about for a whole day after speaking to them, which after the next day they sent me a Youtube video on what to do Also waited for a quote with no response Absolute shocking company The person also texted by telling me they ate a business not a pre school and i am throwing tantrums, this is the kind of client service to expect, I was Never disrespectful towards anyone, i was also never told they have critical issues i just received now feedback from them whatsoever, as other solar companies have now told me waiting a day for a quote i not acceptable at their Businesses and it has to happen sooner. I would rather to business with a business that values me. And my hard earned money, not these clowns at Mirua solar
