The installation was scheduled well in advance and to our availability. The team was courteous and professional, getting on with the job and communicating as they went on. CoC and very tidy work. We had our solar system installed in June 2024. It took us months to decide who to use, as there are so many fly-by-nights and horror stories of dishonest people in this industry. Essential Solar really impressed us. The owner, Jacques was onsite the entire time and worked alongside his crew. When I got home from work, he still spent time with us explaining how the system works, as well as assisted us in downloading the app onto our phones. We also received the Certificate of Compliance the following day. They left the areas where they worked, spotless. The system is working wonderfully! I can highly recommend Essential Solar!
