What a Unique experience, i purchased a nava solar trolly from a different platform store (NOT ENERGY TECH STORE) and that online store gave very little to no information on product purchased basically 'return if you feel its not working' or keep it if it is and the manual it comes with is very basic, I Randomly called ENERGY TECH just for information on the product and a guy named Franceous Welcomed my questions as if I have been a long standing client Despite my product not being purchased from his store its not everyday you get such assistance without even a purchase. keep up the great work and may your business reaching soaring heights well done all my business going fort shall be VIA your channel.

These people really deserve the 5 stars. They are very helpful and the response time is excellent. I am always sceptic about online sales, so I visited the site to make sure everything is legit. It is very legit. Excellent prices and after sale service. Good advice and willing to take the fall if a better quotation can be obtained from another company. Getting better prices are not likely though. They really handle their customers like old friends and the are willing to bend over backwards for their customers. Well done Frans. All my previous orders have been delivered on time and in perfect condition, which is why I’ve continued recommending them to clients with full confidence. However, on my most recent order, two of the solar panels arrived damaged, this was the first issue I’ve ever experienced with their deliveries. I reported the matter to Frans at Energytech, and I must say, the way he handled it truly reinforced why I continue doing business with them. He was quick to respond, took full accountability, and arranged for replacement panels without any delays. What stood out most was the fact that Energytech not only resolved the issue within a few days but also covered the additional costs without hesitation or back-and-forth. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and after-sales support is genuinely impressive. After comparing their prices on lithium batteries, though I was in doubt whether they were a genuine store I took a chance and ordered 2x 5,12kwh batteries as a back order and the delivery was done as promised. Happy client
