Unbelievable service from start to finish. I had a consultant come see me by the name of Lennon. ASK FOR LENNON MTHOMBENI to come see you - he gets a 10 ⭐ raring from me. He inspected the site, then sat down with me as we did the quote together. There was no rush. He allowed me to ask ALL the questions I needed to ask and he answered them with utter professionalism. If there was something I didn't understand he explained it to me so I understood clearly. There were NO hidden secrets that I found out online about Alumo Energy unlike other solar companies who came to see me and believe me I saw many - I got many quotes. And the installation done by Frans was seamless, like a well oiled machine!! One happy customer I truly recommend Alumo.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding professional service and lightning-fast response! I submitted an online request on October 13th, and within just 10 to 15 minutes an agent called me. They quickly completed a credit check and booked a site assessment for October 15th. Dewald came out and proposed a well-designed, high-quality system that met all our needs. We accepted the quotation the same day, all the paperwork was sorted out efficiently, and by Friday the 17th we already had full approval. The installation was scheduled for Monday, October 20th, and by the 21st the entire job was completed! A huge thank you to the entire Alumo team — everyone I’ve dealt with so far has been absolutely fantastic. And a special shout-out to Team Jaco — you guys are incredible! Everyone works together, no one stands around, the site was kept clean and neat, and you took the time to communicate with us throughout the process. You’re a true example of how a professional team should operate. Highly recommended — 5 stars all the way!

Short version: This company is worth every, VERY reasonably priced, cent you spend on them. From the moment we reached out to them, their communication has been excellent. The more you get to interact with Alumo, the more one observes the stark difference between some other players and Alumo. Alumo's pricing is so reasonable, you'd be forgiven for assuming their service could be suspect. Not so. Pricing and quality service, along with impressive team cooperation during installation is SUCH a pleasure to experience. They go to great lengths to discourage unnecessary enthusiasm on adding panels or batteries; correctly pointing out the reality intersection of electricity production and capital recuperation time. They do not upsell without a clear benefit to me, the buyer. I have zero doubts on recommending reaching out to Alumo. Even their Whatsapp comms are speedy.
