I recently got deltronics to replace my electric fence around by yard, from all the reviews they seemed the best. I must say that i am utterly disappointed in the service I received, the fence worked for the first week, but after that some of the lines were sagging, the alarm was consistently ringing even though nothing touched the fence. I called deltronics to see if they would come and fix it, which I was prepared to pay for, and after there inspection thereafter where they tried to figure out why the alarm was ringing, I never heard from the again even after I called numerous times after the inspection to figure out what was going on. Each time they told me they would send someone out, but surprise surprise I am still waiting. Since then some of the wires have snapped and the bobbins keep coming out. All of these problems started within the first two month after installation. Update: After posting this review, Deltronics reached out to me within 24 hours and made an effort to trace my details through their records. They contacted my mother within 48 hours and arranged to come out and fix the issues with the electric fence. The problems with the sagging wires, alarm, and bobbins were resolved, and I appreciate the effort they made to sort everything out. My original frustration was due to the fact that these issues started within the first two months after installation and that communication after the initial inspection was very poor. That said, once contact was re-established, they acted quickly and professionally. I’m updating this review to reflect that the fence is now working as it should.
