After a 2 month wait and 3 missed arrangements to come without letting us know they weren't coming, KDM finally arrived on 22 January to replace our alarm siren damaged by hail storm in November. The work performed was very good, personnel thorough, polite and persisted until the alarm system was properly up and running, although the workers did leave bits of rubbish behind for us to clean up. Thank you KDM for the work eventually done.

This company inspected one of my properties for the purpose of issuing an electrical compliance certificate. Not only was their quote 5 times higher than the other electricians who quoted me, the other electricians confirmed that KDM was attempting to rip me off by charging for unnecessary repairs - something they apparently do often. Do not trust them, and report them if you have a bad experience.

KDM electrical installed solar panels at my home in Scottburgh, they have done an amazing job with very reasonable prices and extremely professional services. Will highly recommend they services.

These people stole my cable and I watched them charge for the smallest thing while making a compliance certificate ex globes were replaced although working light fittings which they say was loose but was not !!!was drilled again . Whole light fixtures replaced when the old was there with nothing wrong BEWARE! I would hate to see this bill for my landlord I watched and I asked about 0etty stuff ... would that also be charged? O yes he said it will be charged I would love to see or know what these inflated costs amounted to. Must be huge!!! Further to this story the estate agent confirmed with us that KDM ELECTRICAL had taken the cable hence stealing it . I went to open a case and was told because they admitted it twas a civil matter. They returned the cable and out of spite put it on the rails of electronic gate so when I came home with my car and oblivious was damaged under gate wheels. Pity you get company's like this. Fantastic service very neat and very professional installation of an AUX Aircon

I was happy with the service, but unhappy with poor customer service by the administration team in handling a quote and invoice discrepancy.

Great advice & service, Technician that came out is so well mannered, repair done efficiently.
