Unlike some companies which I asked for a quote Genset didn’t push me to get financing for the system. They started with measuring our power use and maximum loads. Once they had an idea of the situation they came with a couple of different options to choose from. Yes, we are having some teething problems, but that is mostly due to system getting tied into old electrical infrastructure and an existing smaller solar system. They have been very good at reacting to the issues and we are getting there. I am very happy with their service and have no doubt that it will be smooth sailing soon.

10/10 would recommend Genset. They are professional, reliable and great people to work with. They have great customer support if you have any issues, and are quick turn around tim to get a technician to site. We are very happy with the equipment they have installed and how it operates.

Genset installed a solar system at my home two years ago and from the getgo they have been a delight to do business with. I have not had any problems with the system and periodically they have checked on the system virtually and in person as well. Occasionally they have arrived at my home out of the blue to say that they have a half hour spare and they climb onto the roof and clean the panels. Fantastic service and always with a smile. A really great bunch of people to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I would personally approve of Genset as being your choice of solar supplier. From the outset when I first contacted the company, they were professional in their responses to me. I even requested a technical supervisor to meet us on sight to explain the system. James came and he was excellent. He explained everything. We decided to go ahead with the purchase of a solar system after communicating with James. Rachel, I think the admin lady was also professional in the dealings I had with her. When it came to the installation, various gentleman arrived on the scene. They worked independently of each other but as a team. I was very impressed with the workmanship done. They made sure that where they installed things everything was left clean. They wiped the inverter and battery pack and explained fully the workings of the control system I personally would recommend Genset Solar.
