For someone who's electrical knowledge was 3 out of 10 and of solar/backup systems 0 out of 10, commissioning JLinx was the best decision ever. Questions were always answered, enabling decisions to be made as we installed a system in two phases over 5 years. The support has been to a level that has made the whole exercise utterly painless. The backup, whether physically required or through communication is faultless. Many have set up business in this sector but beware those who do not have the technical skills and precision of work to support installations that simply cannot tolerate shortcuts.

I have been dealing with Jlinx since 2015, for WiFi, electronics and solar. Every interaction has been excellent, and all the solutions they have produced over those years have proved to be completely fit for purpose - this encompasses four different addresses.
