Perfect on time work. More than satisfied. Wayne and his team better than the best!!
Front office very attentive and courteous. Pity about the owner. He did not answer repeated calls. We had a doubly-confirmed appointment, confirmed 15 minutes prior, but he decided to take a walk-in - ignoring his front office reminding him of me waiting. After waiting 15 minutes beyond agreed time I walked out. If a project starts like this, imagine how it will end.
Good at first, but just don’t ask them to correct a mistake by excluding a whole circuit! They don’t acknowledge, phone back nor trying to solve the issue, they’ve got your money (R80,000) so now you’re on your own. No after sales service at all! They should take the "services" out of their name.
The owner Jandre has lost interest to help his old customers. Suppose too big now to care about service. It is a pity, it used to be good.
Installasion on time and well done.After 4 months and payed still have no COC.
They always want to phone you back and never do .
