What an experience this has been! Reached out to the supplier in November 2023 for a Solar Installation Quote, got the quote, and naively coughed up a hefty 80% deposit for the installation cost. Surprise, surprise – the bank raised a suspicious transaction flag. In their brilliant response, the supplier presented a second Business Account with a different bank, blaming legal troubles with the previous one. Reluctantly, another deposit was made, only to later discover that it wasn't their account, and they conveniently forgot about our recent back-and-forth. Now, here we are in January 2024, drowning in disappointment. No updates, no follow-ups, and certainly no apologies for the circus they put us through. This experience was terrible to say the least; recommending them would be a disservice. Cybersecurity and basic communication seem to be alien concepts.
