Dealing with TS Elektra was a real pleasure. Tony entertained all my concerns and question, with in depth knowledge and insight and took his time. He definitely keeps to good standards and will always advocate for an appropriate, quality system, with no cutting corners. He is confidence in himself and his team and takes pride in his work. Very different to the many pop-up solar/backup installers, who give generic advice and answers, with cheap quotes to catch people who have limited technical knowledge and are desperate for an affordable solution. Tony did my installation very well and my system has been working excellently for almost 2 years. No issues with load shedding and enormous reduction in my electricity bills. I have since then further recommended TS Elektra to 6 other family members and friends, all for whom Tony has done an outstanding job with great satisfaction from all. For the money you spend - Good technical knowledge, committed, maintains high standards (equipment and installation) and takes accountability to deliver on the project. End result - adequately sized, safe and efficient system, with great satisfaction.

When I wanted to install a solar system at my house there were hundreds of options available and I was referred to TS Elektra by a previous client. I was not sure of the experience I may have hearing many stories of shabby and unprofessional work from different service providers and cost factor. When I talked to Tony, he contacted me and came to do a site inspection and provided me with a detailed project plan, indeed this was done after evaluating my electricity consumption pattern. When the quotation came it was competitive and the equipment were state of the art. The installation was done soonest and I can, without doubt, say the technical team was very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. The installation was ergonomically perfect. I can proudly show off my equipment to anyone. I have no hesitation to recommend TS Elektra to anyone who intends to install a solar system. TS Elektra is a great company with good customer service. The team works very professional and give honest advice. They installed a Victron System at my house and also reworked the whole electric system in my house to meet required safety standards. I can only recommend!
