Thank you Nkulo and Vincent for assisting with our query. Your service was wonderful. Thank you for being patient with all my questions. They are very professional and skillful and can answer all queries with confidence and knowledge. Thank you also to Charlotte for communicating with me throughout - it helped me a lot.

In May 2025 my electricity bill sky-rocketed, I called my electrician and he said that I should contact Livoltek to adjust the settings on my Livoltek inverter. I got through to Charlotte and she was amazing. Her patience with me over the phone, calling back regularly to check if my issue had been addressed and when it wasn't she send Vincent and Nkululeko as there was a problem with my inverter. The two gents were absolutely amazing in addressing my issues, they were so patient, and helpful. The work took them almost the entire day and at no point did they become agitated, by the time they were done they promised me that problems would be sorted. My family and I are eternally grateful for their hard work. May they be abundantly blessed. They serve with such dedication.

We have a Livoltek Hybrid 5000 that stopped working suddenly. Contacted Livoltek Services they checked and confirmed that the unit was still under warranty and they would fix it, first we had to send them just the inverter as they said there was no issue with the battery, upon receiving a replacement inverter. connecting it up it still did not work. They then requested we send the entire unit to them. After receiving it back and reinstalling the entire system again it will not operate correctly. Now I am trying to contact them and they are avoiding my calls. This has been an on-going problem for 6months now and it's cost us over R8000 to delivery the units to and from Livoltek.

Zero aftersales. Beware when buying and hope you dont have a problem. As you will struggle to get hold of them and then they reply 2 days later then dissappear again.

Aftersales support is absolutely useless. I would never recommend this brand to anyone.

Just got fantastic help from Nkululeko who sorted out my problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me after hours to accommodate my work hours. An asset to any company Fantastic help and a very satisfied customer. Thanks Nkululeko!!!

I've just had the most incredible assistance & support from Nkululeko Mkhize at Livoltek South Africa. Firstly he responded within seconds to my request for help, and then proceeded to patiently & helpfully run through the complete system and solve the issue. What an inspiration it is to deal with someone like him in today's world!! Thank you.
