I had an excellent experience with EASS Solutions, especially given that they were also dealing with a power/battery issue at the time. Despite the challenges, the service remained professional, efficient, and well-coordinated. From the receptionist to the technical team, everyone was courteous, helpful, and willing to assist. The receptionist was welcoming and ensured clear communication, while the technicians were knowledgeable, patient, and focused on resolving the matter thoroughly. *Update - Matter resolved by Geraldine in a professional way. We took our broken inverter back and were given alternative options Worst experience. I posted our inverter error coded on a facebook group and received an inbox message from this company and based on their reviews I thought it was a good idea for them to fix our inverter. I took the inverter to Andrew in October 2025 and they did the assessment and gave a quote which i paid. A few days later they told me it was fixed and I can collect. Upon installation, the inverter had more errors and I spoke with Andrew and he said they will send a courier to collect which happened in November. SInce December I have been following up weekly and not once received any feedback, I even asked them to return the inverter and pay my money back and didn't receive a response. When I phoned Andrew again, he ended the call. My husband started phoning the company last week and was told that they will give feedback on Monday. He phoned again and every day he speaks to someone else who promises to give feedback later the day. We want our inverter and money back. This is so unprofessional.

Hi went to eass inverter repairs was welcomed in and assisted by a Mr Andrew who gave me same day service also said would refund me if did not work they refunded me today was assisted by a lady Geraldine who was very friendly and helpful got me spares all is working 100% thank you very much for ur service and and will definetely recommend eass to everyone Geraldine thank you
