Recently moved down to the coast. These guys were prompt to respond and very professional in every way. Calvin and his team installed solar system with at most tidiness and professionalism. Will definitely recommend them.
Our Car battery died while on holiday at the coast. Battery Tec were amazing in sourcing a battery and keeping me up to date with the delivery status. They understood how this could have derailed our holiday so they treated it with urgency and got us sorted. Great customer service.
We bought our product but experienced some technical issues. Paul was extremely understandable, send his technicians, the problem could not be identified and Paul came himself and provide us with "loan" unit while they tried to identified the problem. At end of this exercise we were supplied with a NEW unit with no extra cost. This is what I can describe as excellent service. Want to thank Paul and all staff that was there when we need there after sale service!!
