Most impressive was client-provider communication - everything went according to plan and I was continually kept informed about installation dates, deliveries, back-checks, etc. as well as post-installation communication. Best service ever. Sent in a Growatt inverter for repair. Got it back in less than a week working 100% and only charged R650. Every other quote I got was more than R3000. Thanks Repower, you are champs

When the system was installed, their service was great. However, 3 years later dealing with a possible warranty claim, I have received conflicting information and have received no assistance. I am now having to deal directly with their suppliers.
