Had a fantastic experience with Kestrel on a replacement generator for my E300i wind turbine, exceptional quality products, getting it to the UK was not an issue. I’d like to say a special thank you to Andy his knowledge and expertise is greatly appreciated.
Very slow with service delivery. Have to wait for more than a month after you've made your payment. Our new batteries took more than 3 months to arrive after payment. Repairs are attended to after more than a month after receipt of payment.
