I initially left a negative review due to a poor purchasing experience. The product was advertised as a normal, complete item, but only after payment was I informed via email that it was supposedly marked down due to missing enclosures. This was never disclosed in the original listing, and I was then pushed to buy a more expensive panel instead, which felt misleading and unprofessional. After posting my review, Keegan (the sales manager) reached out and took responsibility for the situation. To his credit, he resolved the issue and provided me with a new panel. Unfortunately, the process was not without further hiccups — the courier damaged the parcel before it reached the warehouse, which caused additional delays. That said, I do want to give credit where it’s due. Keegan made the effort to fix a bad situation and followed through. While the overall experience had downsides and delays, I appreciate the fact that the issue was ultimately resolved.

It is a very good brand. I bought a combo two weeks ago, and it works perfectly. However, I think you lack technical support and clear instructions, even on YouTube, for your products. I called to request some information, and you told me to send an email, which I did, but I never received a response. Terrible customer support. UPDATE! I tried replying with my email as requested by the owner, but the message didn’t go through. It may be disabled on their end, and the issue remains unresolved.

Very good experience. Had a problem with the invoice that was sorted out via email half an hour after I ordered. Ordered on Friday and received the next working day, which was on Monday. Very impressed.

Bought a Shoto battery this mornig from them, and was pleasantly surprised with the excellent service and most friendly staff. They also gave professional advice in what is needed and not needed to add an extra battery to my system. They there to help and save you money on unnecessary stuff your installer recommend. As a first-time buyer of a small, inexpensive product, I was deeply disappointed to find that it did not match the web picture. The critical fuse I received turned out to be an AC fuse instead of the DC fuse I needed. This discrepancy could have led to disastrous results in the event of a battery short. Despite my concerns, the salesperson insisted that it was the correct component based on his supplier's word, even though the crucial information on the fuse was missing. The salesperson's rude and ignorant behavior, coupled with his lack of basic customer service training, was unacceptable. Even after applying AI intelligence to the product ratings, I was strongly advised not to use that specific fuse. Fortunately, another supplier confirmed that the fuse was indeed incorrect. I purchased a new fuse from them, which amusingly matched the one depicted on Solar Warehouse's website.
