I had HT Energy install my solar system and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The team did a great job from start to finish and the installation was done professionally and neatly. They were always true to their word, kept me updated throughout the process, and delivered exactly what they promised. I dealt mainly with Paul who always kept me in the loop and went about and beyond to help me. As a single woman, I’m always cautious dealing with big installations like this because it’s easy to feel taken advantage of — but HT Energy was honest, respectful, and transparent the entire time. I highly recommend them.

Right from the quoting stage they were attentive and patient, answering all my questions and keeping me updated throughout the process. Paul guided me through everything — quoting, delivery scheduling, installation timelines, and even after-care follow ups. Really rare to see that level of ownership and consistency from one person. On the installation day, I was kept informed of timing and delivery, the work was done neatly and professionally, and the team took pride in leaving everything clean. The installation quality and cable management were both seriously impressive. What really stood out to me was how hands-on the leadership is. The owner, George, not only came to oversee the installation — he actually assisted with the installation as well. Lourens did the final checkup and assisted with after-care. These guys are operating on a level I haven’t experienced before in this industry — their technical work is excellent, but their interaction with the client is next-level and unmatched in my experience.
