Do yourself a massive favour and steer well clear of these guys. I paid them R190k for a hi-end solar system and I've had 5 months of hell. They are comically incapable of performing a professional solar installation, to the point of my sheer amazement as to how they manage to remain in business. I honestly could have done this installation better myself with zero experience.

Rather go elsewhere. Equipment arrived already unboxed, vehicles in poor condition, terrible aftersales service. System has never done what it was promised to do. Two years later I'm told by a registered electrician that the system installation does not comply with the required standards, is a significant safety hazard and the COC that was issued by wisolar is also non-compliant. The response from wisolar = "Any issues should have been reported within the installation warranty period". Choose someone else.

Good post sales support. My 10Kva system down as one inverter failed during warranty. No parts available, extended repair time yet you came up with a customer focused solution to get the system up and running again. Full marks

Was very sceptical about investing so much in a 10kW system even though Wisolar advisors said it will work for my geyser and aircons, however I took the plunge and was not disappointed, my entire home is running all day and night, have not had any need for municipality power(at least not yet and hopefully not). Will see how it holds up in the rainy season.

The installation was not only professional but also smooth and perfect! Wisolar is the best! I highly recommend them to you!

Poor support. Doesn't honour their warranties.

The solar energy is magic. Now I do not have to pay high costs of electricity.
