The after sales service at Weldtech is extremely bad and there's no sense of customer service. Weldtech gave us a solution for our complex gate including brand new gate motors. Literally less than a month after installation one of the motors failed. It took them a week to come and assess and thereafter removed the motor. There's been no communication and after following up, Weldtech informed us that it not their problem and they are just a contractor. In other words, they are doing us a favour. In addition, they informed us that they will bill us removing and reinstalling the motor. Are you serious? What happened to the after sales service support that was promised?
