Ultra Solar City is really the best. They are extreamly helpful. I have ordered a inverter, battery combo, then I got a call saying they ran out of a certain inverter, but instead of negotiating other inverters and prices they just offered me an inverter of the same class but higher quality and value. when I got the inverter battery Combo we soon learned that the inverter was incompatible with the battery, They organised a return of the inverter and then found one that is compatible same quality if not even better and swapped put the inverters. They really went out of there way with my purchase and trully wanted the client(Myself) to be benefitted. I will only use ultra solar with future solar purchases.

I've been working with this guys for about two years now. To be honest they making my life easier when ever I need their help they are always there to help me.
