Helpful and informative with me when i needed products with specific wattage and usage requirements. Very polite and professional!
Bad service, scammers, i bought a pump and controller from them for a borehole, they are refusing to take accountability, they want me to drive more than 100 kms to them and wait 2 weeks for the replacement, i have to stay without water. BAD SERVICE No interested, you are the supplier, you are inconveniencing customers
We ordered 2 inverters through a friend, Karin in Utrecht, Newcastle. Both was send to KZN vie Courier Guy and we collected them in Newcastle. The one was installed and is working perfectly. Thank you for your good service, I will be ordering again. Dana KEMP
Sold me a faulty inverter, it didn’t work from day one and when I took it back they took it to repairs it’s been over four weeks. They’re so dismissive and customer service is non existent. Run with your money! Update: They still have the fixed my inverter they dismissed me, they only prioritise those who bought bigger inverters. Save yourselves!!
