I can highly recommend NNM Energies, the whole process went smoothly, unlike many others they keep stock so I went there to meet the guys, paid a deposit on the spot, collected the inverter and battery (luxpower and dyness), two days later they came to install (even earlier than planned) installation went smoothly, very professional installers. Thank you guys for a great experience, I just love my backup system, wish I did it earlier.

It was an excellent experience to deal with NNM Energies to install solar in my house. Ronald was outstanding; he provided all the necessary information and the best deal for me. I've send my inverter for repairs last year in November, at first after suffering to get the update of the repairs managed to get hold of them to pick up the inverter of which I pick it up before Christmas of 2022.... When I was about to install it I noticed that they gave me incorrect inverter tried to call them to get clarity of the issue... Since they told me that they will come back to me. I went there again to drop the incorrect inverter and one more time with no luck Till to date I haven't received my inverters after 8 months and no update was given

Very bad experience dealing with them. They are quick to take your money but slow to deliver. Still I dont have the dongle to connect the invertor to my Wifi, and the trunking looks terrible. I have called them many time, whatsapp many time but no result. For sure they wont be around 1 year from now in case you have a warranty repair on your invertor so you will lose thousands of Rands. Rather look for other reputable invertor installers as Energy Experts is the worst small business I encounter in my entire life. The two characters that will con you is Sean and Elvis. Avoid them at all cost. Also see the other negative reviews on their page.

Pathetic after sale service, one has to make several call & beg for technician to come , assess and try to sort the problem. Problem was finally resolved by another service provide . They don't even have the decency to apologize for appointments arranged by them and not honoured . NNM Energies provided me with the worst after sale service I have ever received in my life.

The service is appalling and they are full of lies. Super unprofessional...I would recommend to anyone to use other service providers. My inverter was booked in for repairs and a month later still not fixed, then decided to collect it as thry failed to do the repairs, it was opened and when assembled some parts were missing. STAY AWAY!!

I was completely disappointed with the service I received from NNM Solar, from delays to supply and install my Solar geyser unit to unresponsiveness when I reported issues caused by their negligence. I think they don't value what they consider to be smaller clients hence I would never use them again.
