Without a doubt the most inefficient store I have ever encountered! To purchase 2 items I had to visit 3 counters consecutively. The shopping took more than 40 minutes and the store was not even busy!!!!

We bought brand new batteries from them and had nothing but trouble. When we called they only gave excuses that we had our system setup wrong, which is not the case as we have been running the same system for 4 years prior. We wanted an exchange on our batteries as they are faulty. Nothing but bad service. Don’t waste your time and money with these guys.

Had two Solar geysers installed on newly renovated house. On the 12 July 2019 one melfunctioned and exploded causing extensive damage to my property and damage the neighbouring houses. Up until today Sosolar has not reached out for a way forward not did take any responsibility for the damages caused by their product. This product was installed by SoSolars own geyser "technician" they are still using the same person for installation. They dealt with the appointment of the technician as it was apart of the sale package. We put our trust in this company to provide us with the best service and safe products. Their own people incorrectly installed the geyser and after months of asking for them to assist with a constant leak of hotwater off the top of our roof they sent out a representative form the Glen Hazel shop who replaced the faulty part. We can provide the raipair process from our security cameras. The day after we had the whole thing explode.

I have 2 solar geysers from SoSolar and am extremely happy with the product and their service. Of course, if one installs a geyser upside down, it will burst as it needs to release pressure which is impossible if it's upside down. The other commenters or their installers obviously didn't know what they were doing and need proper installers. Where have they ever seen a geyser installed upside down?

Very poor customer service, staff could hardly lift a head to help you. Store layout very un professional, much worse than the China mall hall way shops. Won't recommend them

I'm very happy with the service the staff gave me. The products are very good and I am very excited about the fact about changing to solar completely.
