Solarshack installed our inverter and solar system a couple of years ago. We had a few teething issues but Peter and his team were very responsive and helpful in sorting them out. The system has seen us smoothly through the worst of 2023 load-shedding, powering our entire large house, except geyser, ovens and energy-intensive appliances. We recently had a 48 hour black-out in our part of Joburg…sadly becoming more common. Luckily we had sunshine and the solar saw us through this too – though we had to be conserve the charge in our battery carefully. Whenever I have had issues or questions, Peter and his team have been extremely quick, friendly and helpful to respond – makes a huge difference, and removes the stress.

I got a solar/battery/inverter setup from these guys. Absolutely wonderful service. Fast efficiency turnaround, thorough explanation of equipment and use thereof and--perhaps most importantly--excellent after sales service when I am uncertain of something.

Great service and equipment provided over the years, including for my mom's new cottage, which is entirely off-grid. They know what they're talking about and prefer quality over cheap and dirty stock.
