When it comes to inverter, panels and battery backup systems don't use these guys. They have sold me a new Fivestar 10Kw inverter that kept tripping. It was sent in to the supplier the first time together with the box and papers for repair. It was there for more than 3 weeks where after I received it back without the box and papers or any report indicating what the problem was or what was fixed. In July this year it started tripping again. It was sent in again for repairs and I received it back today after more than 3 weeks without any report indicating what the problem was or what was fixed. In February 2025 I paid for one additional new 5Kw battery for R 20 800. After waiting for 45 days for the battery I eventually received a used battery. When I queried this Paul (owner) said that the supplier did not have new stock and the he will replace the used battery in due course when the supplier get new stock. This never materialised and when I confronted him today he made denied this. As I could not trust this installer I have decided to purchase a new Sunsynk 8Kw inverter somewhere else. I spent another R14 200 on to get the new inverter installed according to regulatory requirements. The installation that I Solar did was not done according to regulatory requirements, even though they have issued "COC" certificates every time they did work for me. Their COC certificates are not legal. These people cost me spending a lot of unnecessary money and gave me a few near heart attacks. Very unprofessional, over charges for their products and services and extremely poor communication all the time.

All I want is someone to show me how this system works. I bought a cottage with the system already installed. The owner unfortunately passed away. They want to charge a call out fee of R600? Why must I pay a call out fee if I still have a five year warranty and the system is not even a year old. Not even willing to accommodate me over the phone. The system seems faulty as every time the power goes off it kicks over but does not kick back when the power is restored. I have to keep rebooting!? Just a little help and a bit of compassion would be great from your side. Not customer service at all. Very disappointed!

If i could give this place zero stars, i would. I have no idea where to even start. The lack of accountability, professionalism and work ethic is absolutely astounding. We had a geyser installed in August. We are sitting in October with no COC whatsoever. They had the nerve to block my parents and I had to contact them as a "new client" just to get a hold of them. The geyser burst and we had to pay out of pocket. It's honestly pathetic that they call themselves a business, its more like a scam.Would definitely NOT recommend.

They scam people, read the comments on google reviews and you will see. They have taken our 2 batteries for "repairs" and it's now 8 months for the one battery, and 2 months since the second battery, if you dare ask questions they tell you as the customer that it's your fault that the batteries don't work, and he is only trying to help. Yeah right, he's been "helping" us for the past 8 months being without solar components, THAT WE PAID FOR, that he just took. We have proof, cameras is a great thing to have around!

Very poor workmanship and after sales service. In less than a month the geyser they installed has burst twice in the middle of the night. When you call them they to come and rectify they don't show up. Very unreliable.

I've paid them for COC on 8 Sept and I'm still waiting, all I'm getting is "the-run-around" between Paul vd Merwe and Kasival Naidoo...they keep telling me they've requested it already and it takes about 2-3 days but it's almost month end and I still have not received it...Do yourself a favor stay away...I regret doing business with them, very unprofessional

18 July 2024 my inverter packed up, just over a year after installation. One of the guys came, albeit after the agreed upon time, to collect it. It is now the 4th of August and its not returned, and i know you'll say its still at the workshop or something.. The issue here, no one for this company think its decent to contact and provide an impacted customer with updates. I am the one who is always chasing and i must be happy when or if the owner decides to answer. I, who fully paid for this, are now treated as if you are doing me a favour. I am glad that i did not use you'll to go off the grid as i would have been in the dark for over 2 weeks. Thanks Eskom for doing me a solid cause its not something my service provider's capable of. I am disappointed..
