Had an 8kWh Deye inverter installed with 2 batteries and 16 solar panels. The installation went smoothly and professionally. The team was friendly, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood how the system works. Very happy with the service and overall experience.
01 Nov 2024. Purchased a 12Kw sunsynk inverter and 2 x 5.1 kw Sunsynk batteries and 20 555w Canadian panels. Received good service from the office. Answered calls even at 9 pm. Installation team were GREAT and very efficient and understood their tasks etc. Installation took 2 days. Team explained system working and helped me load the APP. System was tested before they left. Immediate balance of payment transfer done. So far Very happy with install and APP and great price.
@Oupa:I have had a very bad installation. the first one went well which had 1 by 11kw inverter and 2 batteries with 10 panels.A couple of months later I wanted to add another 11kw inverter in Parallel to make it a 22 kw system with 2 more batteries another 10 panels they told me the inverter that I had in couldn't be Parallel so they came up with 4 by 6 kw inverters instead. they came out to do the installation and the installer made it look like it was working. The next morning I smelt something burning and I went into that room and the electrical panel for the panel fuses was on fire.its now 2 months later and they ignore your call or keep saying they going to be there the next morning and nothing.

Big scammers . After installation all my taps and anything metal are shocking us . System only worked for 2days now its off. They blocked me for calls and whatsapp
