First time customer. Had warranty claim after 7 months. Its now 3 months later and I get promises what do not get honored. No-one calls you back. No feedback. Every excuse under the sun. Real friendly to make the sale but try and claim under warranty and you are ignored. No honor nor ethics. I have facts to substantiate this post. My advise is STAY AWAY from these guys.
Their products are so poor that the fans on the inverters run all day and all night and actually consume more energy and are noisy. The arrogance of the manager of the shop was well noted as if we were doing him a favour. They exchanged the unit 3 times without any success. They clueless

Still have yet to receive the inverter I paid for, customer service is extra bad and don't expect any communication. Do not buy your inverter here
