Exceptionally professional, wel priced and kept to their timelines for installation. From start to finish, EasyPower was most professional, reliable and thorough. From being let down by many contractors, I must commend all staff at Easypower for being very service oriented. From the initial appointment, Chris was able to liaze easily with me via watspp. From the many quotes we had for solar products and installation, we found EasyPower way above the rest. The concrete effort and time that Daniel had placed into working out our needs at the beginning was unlike any other company. Daniel performed the site visit and it was intense and super thorough. In choosing which installer to go with, we went with EasyPower purely for the effort and concern shown in this regard. The delivery was also done super well, with care and not in any rush. The panels, inverter etc were all delivered as scheduled and the delivery team were most careful and precise when offloading. They never rushed and they checked every item and barcode as per my OCD type request. They never complained. The installation team from Thabo to Nelson and team, were just awesome. They wer neat, no mess, worked with great care and dedication. The installation was neat amd they paid good attention to the property. The handover was really thorough too, Daniel spike us carefully through the entire procedure. At no point where we overwhelmed or confused. Furthermore, they score green points for the the effort in obliterating a paper trail. Thank you Easy Power team for a super well orchestrated purchase and installation , and for giving us hope in this very terrible stages that we have been dealing with. Most definitely recommend them May I add, that the aftercare service awesome too. Daniel responded promptly and efficiently to my concerns. He took most of the morning to explain and walk me through it. Great service . Thank you

Dear South Africa I strongly advise anyone considering services from Easy Power to carefully reconsider. Our experience with this company has been disappointing, particularly with their after-sales support. We purchased an inverter, solar panels, and lithium batteries in July 2021, and the installation took place in August 2021. The batteries come with a 5-year warranty; however, when we sought assistance, the technician suggested replacing the inverter, even though there was no apparent issue with it. Furthermore, the company has recently changed its warranty terms, now requiring customers to take the battery to their premises for inspection at their own cost. This additional requirement was never disclosed in the original warranty documentation, which only promised a straightforward process. It seems clear that these new conditions are an attempt to find excuses to avoid honoring the warranty and to shift the burden of fault evaluation onto the customer. Despite numerous attempts—almost 20 in total—to get in touch with Easy Power, we have received no assistance or response. This lack of customer care and accountability makes it evident that the company is more focused on avoiding responsibility than ensuring customer satisfaction. I regret our decision to use Easy Power and urge others to explore alternative companies. This experience has been a costly lesson in how promises can quickly fade when it's time for the company to stand by its warranties.

Excellent service and honest advice on the backup system for my house including official Schneider inverter per the pic. EasyPower said to expect at least 4 hours of power for my house to get us through loadshedding, when the neighbourhood had an outage during a storm recently we still had 30% power left on the battery after 6 hours - not often that ones expectations are surpassed by that much!! Most importantly for me, installation and wiring was done neat and professionally which is so important for these systems, cutting costs on installation can be an instant fire risk. Do not buy the equipment and try do this yourself, I would even avoid the 'qualified installers', your house and safety is more important
